Can I buy a gift voucher?

We have both physical and digital gift vouchers available to order.

Digital vouchers can be ordered online and emailed directly to the recipient on a day and time of your choice. Physical gift vouchers can also be ordered online to be delivered to your chosen address within 3-4 working days. Please note these are signed for delivery and require someone to be at home.

Do you have Wheelchair access?

Yes, we do.

How can I amend my booking?

If you already have a booking with us, you can amend or cancel your booking via your confirmation email or text message. If you still need assistance, please give us a call and a member of our team will be able to help you.

Do you cater for vegetarians or vegans?

Yes, we do. We have both vegetarian and vegan options on our menu and they are marked with a (V) or (VG). In some cases we can tweak vegetarian dishes to make them vegan, please speak to your server when ordering at the restaurant.

I have special dietary needs; Can I eat at The Garten Bar?

We will always do our best to cater to your requirements, so if you have any concerns, please speak to your server when you arrive or upon booking. Please always try and let us know prior to your reservation so the team have time to plan.

Can I just come in for drinks?

Yes, we have designated seats at the bar & our atrium space for drinks.

Do you have a dress code?

No, however, we would kindly ask that you cover any football colours as best as possible. This is a must on match days!

Do your staff keep their tips?

Yes. We believe that our entire team are responsible for creating a good experience for our customers so we distribute all cash and card tips equally across the entire team based on hours worked.

Are dogs allowed into your restaurants?

We love our fur babies just as much as our customers but unfortunately, we can’t permit dogs inside our restaurants unless they are guide dogs. In the summer months some of our restaurants offer outdoor seating and your furry friends are more than welcome in our outdoor seating areas.

Why do I need to pay a deposit?

If you book any of the following:

  • Table for Restaurant

  • Table for Drinks

  • Bottomless Brunch

We ask for either a 20% deposit or your card details at the time of enquiry to secure your booking.

If you book any of the following:

  • Cocktail Masterclass

  • Christmas party event

  • Corporate event

  • A large part of over 6 guests or more (excluding bottomless brunch)

we ask for a 20% deposit to be paid within 48 hours following your enquiry to confirm your booking.

If you fail to pay your deposit within 48 hours then your Provisional Booking will be cancelled and removed from our booking system.

Why do I need to pay a deposit?

At Garten Bar, we're committed to providing the best experience for all our guests, including larger groups. Taking reservations for parties of six or more allows us to better prepare and ensure your visit goes smoothly. The deposit serves as a way to secure your reservation, guaranteeing a space for your group and helping us manage our resources effectively.

This practice helps us minimise no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which can be challenging for both our restaurant and other potential guests. It ensures that we can allocate the right number of staff, tables, and resources to make your gathering enjoyable.
